  Does not even deserve a one star! Do not go here, you've been warned. This place does not do bookings. It was possibly the cause of all the problems. The receptionist was also rude and highly unprofessional. My dad tried to see the doctor 3 times! and each time, he had to wait for hours, only to be turned away. Thinking back, I don't know why he gave this horrible place so many chances, but please learn from our mistake. 1st time: We came in at 2:30pm, and apparently there were 14 patients waiting, so the receptionist turned us away and wrote down the days that the doctor will be in. One of which was on a Monday. 2nd time: We came in on Monday, receptionist said that the Doctor wasn't in today. Even when she told us earlier that the doctor will be in on Monday. We told her about this, and she said the doctor had manually crossed that day off. He suddenly decided on the day that he wasn't coming in. We travelled all the way to Ringwood, which was a 2.5 hr commute, only to be turned away again! 3rd time: My dad was there at 9:30am. He wanted to be early because of the prior experiences we've had. The doctor was there at 12:30pm, except the receptionist lo and behold, forgot to put my dad's name down in the waiting list?!!!! My dad was waiting, and waiting, all the way til 6pm!!!! That's 8.5hrs of waiting!! at this point he was beyond tired and exhausted. So he left and never came back to this unprofessional, dreadful clinic. I don't know why we decided to give this clinic so many chances, but please learn from us. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, and sanity by going elsewhere that is more professional and treats you with more care.

  I took my daughter here as she was in a lot of pain with tonsillitis, we were in for an hour wait, but the lady on reception noticed how much pain and how upset my daughter was she came over to offer some tissues and asked if she was OK. She suggested we go to hospital as we would probably be seen more quickly. We did that, best advice, we got to Maroondah, were seen straight away.
